When you submit a form review, we collect:
To complete your form review and send it back to you, and to keep a record of your past reviews so your coach can see how your throw has changed over time.
On Amazon Web Services in Oregon, United States, encrypted while stored. Only the two people who run this business can access it.
Nobody. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. No third party is involved in producing your review.
We sometimes share coaching examples on social media and in our own training content. We will only use your footage publicly if you tick the permission box when you upload. That box is off unless you turn it on, and your review is exactly the same either way.
If you change your mind, email us and we will stop using it going forward. We cannot always remove content that has already been shared and reposted elsewhere, but we will take down anything still under our control.
Your files stay readily available for 90 days, then move to long-term storage where we can still retrieve them if you or your coach want to look back at an earlier review.
